Owning a restaurant has been Tina’s childhood dream. In 1986, she opened The Thai Orchid Springwood and she introduced the tastes of Thailand to the local community and Brisbane. In 1997, she ventured to Milton and opened another award winning restaurant, The Royal Thai Orchid Milton. With 24 years of culinary experience and owner of 2 successful restaurants that have won numerous awards, Tina Ratanavaraha, decided to launch The Chilli & Spice Restaurant Brisbane.
